Reseller Terms

Borobudur Ticket Concierge is an independent ticket reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko or InJourney Destinations. By booking through us, you agree to these terms.

Our Service

We purchase official Borobudur tickets from PT Taman Wisata Candi's booking system on your behalf. The ticket you receive is a genuine official ticket, identical to one purchased directly. Our service charge covers the convenience of booking, English-language support, currency flexibility, and guaranteed fulfilment management.

Our prices include a service margin above the official ticket price. By purchasing through us, you acknowledge and accept this.

Your Obligations

You must provide accurate passport details. Your name on the ticket must exactly match your passport, including any middle names
You must present your original passport at the temple on the day of your visit
You must arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time
You must comply with all rules and regulations set by PT Taman Wisata Candi, including dress code, photography policy, and conservation guidelines
You must be the age stated or have valid documentation for any child pricing

Our Obligations

We will purchase your official ticket from PT Taman Wisata Candi within 2 hours of confirmed payment
We will deliver your confirmed ticket to your email address
We will provide a full refund if we cannot secure your tickets for any reason
We will respond to customer service enquiries within 2 hours during business hours

Ticket Validity

All tickets are valid only for the date, time slot, and experience selected at booking. Tickets are non-transferable to a different date or person. Entry will be refused if the name on the ticket does not match the passport presented.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking. We are not liable for:

Entry denial due to name mismatches caused by inaccurate information provided at booking
Changes to opening hours, ticket availability, or temple access policies by PT Taman Wisata Candi
Weather conditions or natural events affecting your experience
Personal injury, loss, or damage during your visit
Actions or omissions of PT Taman Wisata Candi or its staff
Transport delays or issues with third-party transfer providers

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation in the first instance. For unresolved disputes, the courts of the jurisdiction in which you are resident shall have jurisdiction.
