Borobudur Ticket Concierge ("we", "us", "our") is an independent ticket reseller operating at borobudurtickets.net. We are not affiliated with PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko or InJourney Destinations.

What Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you make a booking:

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number
• Passport details — full name as on passport, passport number, date of birth, nationality
• Payment details — processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
• Booking details — product, visit date, quantity

We also collect standard website analytics data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) via Cloudflare.

Why We Collect It

• To purchase official tickets from PT Taman Wisata Candi on your behalf — passport details are required by Indonesian authorities for all foreign visitors
• To send you booking confirmation and your official tickets by email
• To process your payment via Stripe
• To respond to customer service enquiries
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations

How We Protect Your Data

All data is transmitted over SSL/TLS encrypted connections. Passport details are stored in an encrypted database and access is strictly limited. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties except as described in this policy.

Who We Share Data With

• PT Taman Wisata Candi — your passport details are submitted to their booking system to purchase your official ticket
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy
• Cloudflare — website infrastructure and DNS. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Data Retention

Passport details are deleted from our systems within 30 days of your visit date. Contact and booking details are retained for 12 months for customer service and legal compliance purposes, then deleted.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
