All tickets sold through this site are purchased from the official PT Taman Wisata Candi booking system. Prices reflect our service charge above the official ticket price.
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your visit date. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, as official tickets are non-transferable and we cannot recover the cost from PT Taman Wisata Candi.
If we are unable to secure your tickets for any reason — sold out dates, system issues, or passport detail problems — you will receive a full refund of your payment within 24 hours, with no questions asked.
