Meet at the Manohara Borobudur Cultural Center — not the main park entrance. It's on the east side of the complex at Jl. Badrawati, Borobudur. Entry from 16:00. Your confirmation email includes a map.
What time does sunset begin?
Late-afternoon access begins around 16:00–17:00. Sunset times vary by season — your confirmation email includes the precise sunset time for your visit date.
What is the cancellation policy?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable once we have purchased them on your behalf. The only exception is if we cannot secure your tickets, in which case we refund you in full within 24 hours.
Is sunset available on Mondays?
Yes — the sunset experience runs every day including Mondays.
Does my name need to match my passport?
Yes — exactly. The name you enter at checkout is printed on your official ticket, and staff check this against your passport at entry. Enter your name precisely as it appears on your passport. If you make a mistake, contact us at bookings@borobudurtickets.net before your visit.
