Refund Policy

Cancellation by You

More than 48 hours before your visit: Full refund to your original payment method. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Within 48 hours of your visit: No refund. Official tickets purchased from PT Taman Wisata Candi are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased on your behalf, we cannot recover the cost.

Date changes: Official tickets are valid only for the date selected at booking. To change your date, cancel your booking (subject to the above policy) and place a new booking for your preferred date.

If We Cannot Fulfil Your Order

If we are unable to secure your tickets for any reason — including sold-out dates, technical issues with the official booking system, or passport detail problems — you will receive a full refund within 24 hours. This is our guarantee.

We will notify you by email as soon as we determine we cannot fulfil your order, and no further action is required from you.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Weather conditions — the experience runs regardless of weather and refunds are not available for cloud cover, rain, or poor visibility
• Missed departure — if you miss your scheduled pickup or arrive late to the temple gate, no refund is available
• Denied entry due to name mismatch — passport details must match your ticket exactly; entry denial due to name discrepancies is not grounds for a refund
• Change of plans within 48 hours of your visit
• Partial use — no partial refunds for unused portions of the Sunrise + Sunset Pack

Private Transfer Add-On

The private return transfer add-on follows the same cancellation policy as your ticket booking. If cancelled more than 48 hours before your visit, the transfer fee is refunded in full. Within 48 hours, no refund is available.

• Your order reference number (format: BTC-XXXXXXX)
• The name used when booking
• Your reason for cancellation (optional)

We will confirm your cancellation by email and process your refund within 24 hours of confirmation.
