What is the cancellation policy?

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf. Exception: full refund within 24 hours if tickets cannot be secured.

Is sunset available on Mondays?

Yes — the sunset experience runs every day including Mondays.

Does my name need to match my passport?

Yes — exactly. The name entered at checkout is printed on your official ticket and checked against your passport at entry. Contact us before your visit if you make a mistake.
