Borobudur Ticket Concierge is an independent booking service that handles the complexity of securing official tickets from PT Taman Wisata Candi on your behalf. We exist because the official booking process — while improving — can be confusing for international visitors navigating an Indonesian-language system, IDR pricing, and a limited booking window.
What We Do
When you book through us, we purchase your official tickets directly from the PT Taman Wisata Candi booking system. You receive the same genuine, official e-ticket you would receive booking directly — but without the friction.
We handle the booking, confirm availability, manage the passport submission process, and deliver your confirmed tickets by email. If for any reason we cannot secure your tickets, you receive a full refund within 24 hours.
Our pricing includes a service margin above the official ticket price — this is how we sustain the service. We are transparent about this: you are paying for convenience, language access, and a guaranteed fulfilment process managed by people who know this system well.

All tickets sold through this site are purchased from the official PT Taman Wisata Candi booking system. Prices reflect our service charge above the official ticket price.
Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. Borobudur tickets are issued by PT Taman Wisata Candi and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the date and session purchased. Because we secure official tickets on your behalf the moment you confirm, we cannot offer refunds. If your plans change, contact us immediately and we will do what we can to help — though we cannot guarantee a refund or date change.
If we are unable to secure your tickets for any reason — sold out dates, system issues, or passport detail problems — you will receive a full refund of your payment within 24 hours, with no questions asked.
